I bought a canon 70d with lens 50 mm 1.8 stm

I want to buy another lens for video and photo together because i want to work about advertising and making a short videos and some photos

And if its possible to be with price 400$ or less

Yep, it works great. Note that video focusing depends more on the camera than the lens.

There have been multiple releases of the EF-S 18-135mm lens over the years. What is the full and complete model number of the 18-135mm lens? The older lenses may not be fully compatible with all video AF modes that are available in the camera.

If the model number ends with STM or USM, then you should be okay.
