Broken rim on 75-300mm lens

I broke the rim of my EOS rebel T7 75-300mm lense (photo attached). Can I get a replacement part?

Are you absolutely sure the damage is only cosmetic? I ask because the 75-300 is not worth repairing except for cosmetic damage to the front ring assembly. If the damage is more than cosmetic, the EF 70-300 USM II would be an excellent replacement.
