Do you have a DSLR body? Why bother with EF lenses?

I suggest the RF-S 18-150 as a walking around lens:

https://www.kenrockwell.com/canon/eos-r/lenses/18-150mm.htm

A good EOS R7 lens lineup?

Hi everybody!

I've recently bought an EOS R7 + EF to RF + EF 100-400 ii and I'm having a great time! But I'm looking to expand my gear and get something weather sealed for general purpose (street, candids, landscape), portraits and astrophotography.

So I'm here asking for your guidance, oh wise canon aficionados. Do you think the aforementioned gear plus the EF 16-35 f2.8 ii and an EF 50mm f1.8 stm would cover my needs? I know the 50mm isn't weather sealed, but I'll get insurance and I won't be using it on rainy days.

Or, do you think i could use my Iphone 13 instead of buying a 16-35 and maybe get a wide, fast samyang/rokinon for 1/5th of the price for astro?

Also, does anyone have experience with the 3leggedthing TRAVIS tripod? Is it worth it or should I go for a mid-range manfrotto for astro, landscape and some wildlife?

Thank you in advance to whoever may respond
