If you have additional questions, our Factory Service Center team will be glad to answer them for you. Have your repair number ready and give them a call at 1-866-510-1335. They're open Monday through Friday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Repair Status "Suspended"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a lens in the service center under the extended warranty. I checked the status this morning and it is marked as "suspended".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know what that means?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
