I've been looking around for a decent 35mm prime lens and stumbled upon this Fujifilm piece.

Will it be compatible with my T3i? Will I need an adapter?

You would most definately need an adapter but I have no idea if one exists nor how well the combo would work.

It will not work. Plus it is not worth trying to adapt it.

Why would you not look at the Canon offering. This is an outstanding lens. The Canon EF 35mm f/2 IS USM Lens is just a little more expensive. But maybe not when you figure in the required adapter for the Fujinon.
