    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have installed the canon pixma 892 ws into new laptop running windows 8.1 . Cannot loat the software. I keep getting the error message "another computer is using this printer.." my only other computer is off. Would appreciate ideas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also when I print something the message "must turn on bi-directional printing", but then it prints the document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer is not being used by a different computer, the message that you have described may mean that there is an error or warning on the LCD display of the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check the LCD display and tell us of any errors that are shown.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once we have this issue resolved we will try to troubleshot the bi-directional error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
