i am on windows OS10. prints from cable but not recognizing wifi.

Hi onelinda,

Please follow these steps:

1. Make sure that your PIXMA MX410 is turned on and contains paper.

2. Press the Menu button repeatedly until Device settings appears.

3. Use the left or right button to select LAN settings, then press the OK button.

4. Select Print LAN Settings and press OK.

The LAN Settings will print.

What is listed next to SSID? Is it the name of the network that your computer is connected to?

8 lines below that, what is listed next to IP Address?
