      <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon MP620 makes loud noise and stops with error 5C00 on bar of screen and says see manual but can't find anything in manual about this error.&amp;nbsp; No paper jam, but ink tray goes to extreme right and stays there.&amp;nbsp; Thank you for any help.&amp;nbsp; Bill&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp; I have tried this, but I can't get to all the gears without removing the cabinet of the printer so&amp;nbsp; that I can clear them.&amp;nbsp; How do I do this?&amp;nbsp; It must be simple to remove a few screws holding it on.&amp;nbsp; Thanks again.&amp;nbsp; Bill&lt;/P&gt;</description>
