I am having the same issue. I tried to remove the printer head from the carriage unit and then unplugged the printer and that didn't work.

MBP123,

Turn off the printer, and unplug the power cord from the power supply. Reconnect the power cord and power on to see if the error clears. If it is still not resolved, contact our technical support team for further assistance.
