I wish to learn how to scan and transmit picturess viacemails but do not know where to begin Thanks

Hi gatordad25,

The MX330 should have come with a program called MP Navigator that let's you do this. If you have a Mac, it will be listed under Applications in a folder called Canon Utilities. If you have a Windows computer, it will be located under Start/All Programs/Canon Utilities.

Once you are in MP Navigator, you can use the Scan to Email button, but this would require you to use a seperate program to send and receive emails like Outlook, Eurdora, or Thunderbird to name a few mail programs. If you use a web based mail program like Yahoo or Gmail, you will want to use the Save to PC button instead. If you use the Save to Email it should scan the document and automatically open a new email with the file already attached. If you use web based mail, when you scan the picture with the Save to PC button, the file gets saved to your Pictures folder in your User profile, so when you click the Attach button within your composed email, you can browse to where the picture is stored.
