    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi normathibodeau1,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We apologize, but the SELPHY CP400 is not supported with Windows 7 or Windows 8. This is partly because of certain development specifications required by the operating system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are able to print directly from a digital camera that supports the PictBridge standard.&amp;nbsp; This method requires that you connect your digital camera directly to the printer using a PictBridge USB cable (usually provided with the digital camera and not with the printer).&amp;nbsp; Once connected, you would print to the printer using the controls on the PictBridge compatible digital camera.&amp;nbsp; To verify if your digital camera supports the PictBridge standard, please refer to the documentation that came with your digital camera.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Windows 8 computer is not recognizing my canon selphy cp400. &amp;nbsp;I had no problem installing it originally then all of a sudden it stoped working and now when I try to reinstall it say to check my cable, make sure the printer is on... &amp;nbsp;Help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
