      <description>&lt;P&gt;Removed print head for manual fluid cleaning as I have done before.&amp;nbsp; After re-installing and replacing all ink tanks, only pgbk will print.&amp;nbsp; On other color shows on print head nozzle test page or anything else I have tried to print.&amp;nbsp; Does it sound like print head has finally failed and needs to be replaced?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
