Hi frulrich,

Unfortunately the PIXMA MG2120 doesn't have a release mechanism that loosens the grip the rollers have on the paper. If you can still reach the paper, I'd recommend pulling on it as gently as possible to prevent tearing.

If there's a piece stuck inside the printer that you can't get to (either through the paper feed or by opening the cover as though if you were replacing an ink tank), the printer will require service. If service is required you can use the Contact Us link to get in touch with our tech support staff. They'll be happy to assist you further, and if necessary, provide service options.
