Hello!

Rather suddenly, my printer had the error message of 'print head not aligned / print head missing' to which I cleaned off the print heads [lots of gunk] and the error message went away. I printed a document and the error message reappeared. This time, taking the cartriges out and cleaning again, thinking it was a fluke. Whilst I was preparing to do a 'deep clean' of the heads via the troubleshooting guide the machine just shut off. I switched outlets, and even waited 30+ minutes before plugging in, but to no avail. It won't power on.

Any suggestions?

Hi amanda,

It sounds like something has happened to the printer that would require service. I would recommend using the Contact Us link to get in touch with tech support and they can go through the service options available.
