My printer ran out of black ink.

I replaced it with a new cartride

and then tried to print. It did not print any black I took out the print head and cleaned it with 91% alchol and now it did print black but clearly.

I have tried cleaning the print head again but I get the same results.

What should I do to get the black printing good again?

Where and when were the cartridges purchased?

What exactly is printed on the label of the cartridges from top to bottom?

Are there any other labels on the side of the cartridge?

Have you performed a print head cleaning from the printer?
