      <description>Details: The printer misaligns the text always - doesn't matter whether it's a print command from the computer, or whether I make a copy of a sheet. And this all occurred after I cleared a paper jam from the bottom of the printer. I ran the tool "align print head" about 12 times. No improvement. Very frustrated. The printer was purchased new in August -- only 6 months old. So should I now throw it away???&lt;BR /&gt;Signed, Frustrated in Penn Run</description>
