      <title>MX 420 Printer only prints black using Adobe products but not with MS suite, suggestions?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rebooted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cleaned&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;deep cleaned&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unplugged&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Updated Drivers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Totally curious. I printed an image in photoshop one day. The very next day, I tried to print something I had to covert it to a PDF and open it in photoshop to get&amp;nbsp; black to print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I print the cleaning page--I see black but I see nothing on the print test page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
