    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me with this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I replaced the ink tanks, and with no errors prior, ended up with code 6502. I cleaned everything ran it through, another person ended up replacing the ink tanks thinking they were faulty, and still same error code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then tried following troubleshooting on the website, additionally tried a hard reset. After the hard reset the original screen would come on for a moment, and then revert back to error code 6502. I don't understand what happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
