      <title>Scanning Capability</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I havea Canon MX490 printer. I had the quick menu downloaded on my old laptop and had no issue with scanning. I have downloaded the quick menu on my new Dell and the Scan field is blank, not allowing me to scan. Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
