I'm trying to print a 9x9 on 13x19 paper and the printer is filling the paper with a huge version of my 9x9. How do I scale it down to the proper size?

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly which which operating system is running on your computer, the type of paper are that you using and also the application that you are printing from.

Windows XP, paper is Canon 13x19 Photo Paper Plus Semi Gloss, Printing from Photoshop CS 5 or from Canon Image Garden
