    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mhobart,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you re-add the printer, are you selecting "Bonjour Multifunciton" or are you selecting the "IJ Network" listing in the Add window?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>2 issues with NG7720 printer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had an MG7720 printer for a while now and havebeen pleaased witnh it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 issues have developed recently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I a,m using it witgh a Macbook Air, O/S 10.13.6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer Proxy is 13.6.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue 1) Now, faiurly frequently I get asked if I want to install the printer software (already installed on this Mac). &amp;nbsp;Why?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue 2) More recently, the printer will ONLy print one-sided, EVEN if 2-sided printing is selected in thepreferences. &amp;nbsp;Is there a plist or omethgig similsr which has become corrupted? &amp;nbsp;Upuntil a couple of weeks ago 2-sided printing worked perfectly. &amp;nbsp;THat saved me paper &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried deleting all printers on the computer and let it install the drivers hgain - no chnge in either issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance. &amp;nbsp;Mike H.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
