topic Printing CD/DVD labels in Desktop Inkjet Printers

<P>My Pixma iP7220 printer failed after 18 months, probably the print head. Since fixing it would cost more than the $80 I paid for it originally, I decided to replace it. I could not find a Canon printer with the same features as this one for under $100 so I decided to get an MG3620 on sale at Walmart for $50 CAD. I has a scanner I didn't need, but do now, after my old USB scanner failed, but otherwise, a lot less features, like printing CD and DVD labels. The iP7220 had a tray for precisely printing CD and DVD labels right on the disc, but with the MG3620 I have to measure and keep adjusting margins before I get one close enough by trial and error. And it doesn't seem to print consecutive labels precisely in the same location. Yesterday I went through several 2-label sheets before I got one good enough. So what I'm looking for is another inexpensive Canon inkjet printer/scanner that will precisely print CD/DVD labels. Recommendations?</P>
