    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I followed the instructions starting at page 93. I noticed that at page 95 "Grab right and left sides...until arrow on front cover and push cassette back until arrow is aigned with edge of printer.", I had to push just a little harder than I had done at first. It nugded back just a bit and I heard it click into place. Also, when I got the envelope properly registered and actually started to print, each time I put in another (blank) envelope, I got a beep when I pushed the cassette back.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;So missing that little click was where I got it wrong.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Thank you VERY MUCH for your help, Rick.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;pwrichcreek (Phil).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm getting "load paper 1003" when I try to print a #10 envelope on the TR4520. I specify the cassette as the paper source. I'm seeing the message on the printer's "menu screen" and a help image on the computer.
