CANON MX490 Printing Color(Yellow) Instead of Black

As far as I can tell there is little to no color left. I have changed the settings to only use black. In this particular case, I'm trying to print a scan of a document that contains no color.

Hi kerby,

If you have gone into printer settings and set the printer to only use the black ink cartridgem your printer should only print using that ink cartridge.

What version of Windows is installed on your computer?

If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?
