A greyish bar is printed along the long edge of the paper.

Hi ljmontgo,

If I understand correctly, you can take an item, scan it and save it to your computer and it appears correctly but if you perform the copy feature, the resulting printout has a gray bar on the side?

Can you take a photo of the copy using your cell phone and reply to this message with that image?
