      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer working just fine until above error message appeared. Light use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer head removed and replaced (original) as instructed in Guide and online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All ink cartridges also replaced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suggestions would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Instructions to addess issue are very clear but did nothing to resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have attempted to contact Ugrade Program as suggested.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Multiple calls, wait times for ssistance vary from 32 min to 40 + min.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes had been working with Cannon technical support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Requesting a call back from someone in the below referenced Sales Department to discuss Upgrade Program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wait time for assistance &amp;nbsp;should include a Cannon return call or call back option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems any time of day you geet put on hold with a wait time message indicate connection in 30-45 min.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am interested in the Upgrade Program and can be reached at 208-859-2321&lt;/P&gt;</description>
