I have a Canon Printer MP830.

The light keeps going off and on between copy and alarm. In the center little window it is displaying 6A00. Then it has Error Code. It displays no error code. The printer will not print, scan, fax or copy.

I have a canon pixma mx 430

After I turn it on it goes right to paper jammed. What should I do?

Hi janehampton47,

Turn OFF the printer, and unplug the power cord. Wait a few minutes, then reconnect the power cord. Then, turn ON the printer again.
