Canon MG2100 printer cartridge problem

I can't seem to get the printer cartridge holder to stop in the right place to be able to remove/replace the cartridges. I've tried turning the printer off and on, unplugging it, rebooting my machine - and every time the cartridge holder stops about 3/4 of an inch to the right of where it should, so that the black cartidge cannot be accessed at all and the handle/lock for the color cartridge cannot be lowered. Help??

An yes the printer prints fine.

Hi Kathart,

If your ink cartridge holder doesn't move to the correct position, please CONTACT US so that we may provide service options. The cartridge holder shouldn't be forced into place.
