    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi michaele27,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please remove the ink tank that you just placed in your PIXMA MX892.&amp;nbsp; Look in the space that the ink tank was just inserted into for a foreign object that could be prohibiting connection with the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please make sure all tape/cellophane is removed from the ink tank and then reinsert that ink tank into your PIXMA MX892.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, your PIXMA MX892 would require service.&amp;nbsp; You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To help you get up and running quickly, we also offer free standard shipping (if the order is completed by 12:30PM ET).       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello my printer gave the alert to replace low ink cartridge.&amp;nbsp; I replaced it immediately with the canon brand cartridge.&amp;nbsp; The ink level alert is still showing and the light on the cartridge slot is not lit up.&amp;nbsp; Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
