    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - Tried to operate and it failed. When following handbook and tried to open the MP Navigator Ex 5.0 it flashes but does not open.&amp;nbsp; Tried re-installing that software.. but same result.&amp;nbsp; Tried 'Start Set UP '&amp;nbsp; ..it begins but after a few minutes a box pops up saying that MP Navigator is running so need to close and recommence.&amp;nbsp; At this point it shows as running in task manager..so close it and start again.&amp;nbsp; I have repeated this process about 5 times..some with the USB link attached.. some disconnected (each time i choose wireless installation).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Going a little crazy..can you help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sally&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OOPS .. It is WIN7 on a VAIO laptop almost 2 years old.&amp;nbsp; THe Canon less than 1 year old.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
