First of all, it quit printing and would just send blank paper through the machine. I found that one of the ink cartridges was empty and replaced it. It had not given me the message to change the ink cartridge. The machine then said the ink cartridge was still empty. I removed all the ink, lifted the cartridge holder, removed the print head holder and cleaned it. (I followed your instructions.) &nbsp;I then put everything back together. It worked.
