      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;After changing the black ink cartridge on my Cannon MG3100, when I print word and&amp;nbsp;from the internet&amp;nbsp;the prints are all misaligned and I have manually done the print head alignment, print alignment values, cleaned the nozzles, cleaned elements and clenaed the roller. I even brought the ink cartridge back to Staples thinking it was defective, but it still will not print correctly, does anyone have any answers please?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, yes this is genuine Cannon Ink Cartiridges. And yes I havel performed both automatic and manual print head alignments as well as cleanings and are still experiencing alignment issues, and this printer is like new we hardly use it, and was working fine beore I changed the black ink cartiridge. I evan brought the 1st ink cartiridge I bought back and got another Cannon black cartiridge. What kind of service would the printer need, And would it be cheaper to buy a new printer? I know if I do go buy a new printer it will not be a Cannon, I have never had a problem with HP's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks DD&lt;/P&gt;</description>
