    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, my printer says it has a paper jam but i have cleared all paper and it still says there is a jam. customer support was worthless. i was hoping there was a sensor or something i could clean off. i have blowen out fromt and back with canned air, turned off and back on. unplugged and replugged, tried to clean rollers through the maintenance but it will ot do that because ti thinks paper is jammed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
