Canon G4010 scanner error with IJ utilities, under Windows 10

Hi.

It started recently.

The printer works, the scanner communicates first.

WHan I scan with any utility from IJ suite, first it scans. It will show preview.

But the real scan, when it ends, will show the error:

If I try to use stitching, it will scan the 1st sheet, show it, then scan the 2nd sheet and at the end show the same error.

What gives?

Resolved.

File shield from Avast antivirus was responsible.

Turned it off temporarily, all worked.
