    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It started recently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer works, the scanner communicates first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WHan I scan with any utility from IJ suite, first it scans. It will show preview.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the real scan, when it ends, will show the error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/28487i29A992A315836F01/image-size/original?v=v2&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="cannon-message.PNG" title="cannon-message.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I try to use stitching, it will scan the 1st sheet, show it, then scan the 2nd sheet and at the end show the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What gives?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;File shield from Avast antivirus was responsible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turned it off temporarily, all worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
