Am in Toronto for a couple weeks so wanted a low cost printer to aid my admin work. I bought this $80 printer at Walmart and have now spend four unsuccessful hours attempting to link it to any one of my two laptops and my iphone. This computer is not even listed in Canon's own website list of printers. It also will not show a working link to the wifi in this modern condo apartment I am residing in. Half a day lets say that's a $500 minimum cost of my time. Others say its a waste of time and instead drive down with flash drives etc to commercial printing services. 30 years ago the process of hooking up a cannon printer to a laptop took a few minutes. is this where 30 years of technological advancement has brought Canon? Am a regular guy not so IT sophisticated but am a CEO of one organization and owner of a research company. But I feel like this printer should be used for target practice.

First off, what device and operating system are you trying to connect to? Are you using WiFI or better yet a USB/printer cable (with one of those setup takes minutes) Secondly if you are in a hotel and trying to connect your printer using the house WIFI, hotels, which I used to install the phones and computers in, like other public spots often has restrictions that can prevent printers from connecting to the internet, such as firewall settings or captive portals that block device communication. To resolve this, consider using a personal hotspot or a travel router to bypass these limitations, when not using a printer cable. Lastly the TS3750 is presently not a Canon Model. There is the TS3750i which is officially available in Europe not Canada new. However any support site that includes theTS3750i will have drivers and software available for download and should work for you.
