Hi!

I'm getting strange results in my Nozzle Check test print. The black and grey rectangles around the letter describing the colors are blurry. And there is also thin banding on the BK coloured line. See first image.

I've tried every cleaning program there is, but no luck.

So I thought I might try a Print Head Alignment. The auto alignment did nothing unfortunately, so I tried the manual head alignment. After printing the first manual head alignment paper, I had trouble deciding which of the E-settings are best. Are they really supposed to look like this? See second image.

What could be the issue here?

Thanks in advance!PXL_20220518_203526244.jpgPXL_20220518_203538791.jpg

Hi, I am having this exact issue, did you ever find a solution for it? I tried cleaning the encoder strip and it did nothing.

Hello, The E-pattern definitely doesn't look right to me. If repeated cleanings and both automatic and manual head alignments haven't helped, it could be more than just an alignment issue. The blurry boxes and banding suggest a possible partially clogged nozzle or even a print head problem.
