      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Stevesj,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;With your PIXMA MG2922 powered on and the USB cable connected from your printer directly to your computer, please press the Windows key on your keyboard and the letter "X", then let both go.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the menu that appears, click on Device Manager.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In Device Manager, do you see your printer listed under:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Print queues&lt;BR /&gt;Unknown devices&lt;BR /&gt;Universal Serial Bus controllers&lt;BR /&gt;Universal Serial Bus devices&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do, please right click the printer and left click on Uninstall or Remove.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once gone, please disconnect the USB cable and run the installation program again.&amp;nbsp; Once the program attempts to detect the printer, reconnect the USB cable with your printer on.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
