    <description>&lt;P&gt;Im using Mac os Tahoe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer is TR4720&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;**For some reason, although the Queue was empty, it was set to PAUSE.&amp;nbsp; when I hit unpause, it worked. resolved!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wifi connected.&amp;nbsp; I did all the troubleshooting i could find.&amp;nbsp; Works find from my phone, butt he files are on the computer that. need to print.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just purchased a printer and believe I set it up fine it is attached to the Internet. The app says it is online. But when I print something from the computer, nothing happens it just stays in the Printer queue. &amp;nbsp;Any helpful hints?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
