    <description>&lt;P&gt;I set it up, it printed the test page. Now it will not print black. I literally have never used it. Been 1 week. I waited weeks to received the thing and need it for school. I removed the toner and put it back in. Does anyone have a suggeston before I return this thing?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And what really ticks me off is I cannot call support when I am actually at home due to their limited hours of operation. As if people do not have actual JOBS during the week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
