    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had purchased from Amazon and it said genuine Canon.&amp;nbsp; I have had the issue in the past regarding non Canon ink.&amp;nbsp; I contacted Amazon and they agreed to refund me for the cartridge.&amp;nbsp; I then went to Staples for the purchase.&amp;nbsp; If Staples sells Canon cartridges that are not Canon products that is a major problem.&amp;nbsp; We checked. there is nothing blocking the contacts on the cartridge.&amp;nbsp; It is brand new.&amp;nbsp; I took the tape off and inserted it in the printer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I own a Pixma TS6420a printer.&amp;nbsp; The black ink ran out.&amp;nbsp; I bought a new cartridge from Staples.&amp;nbsp; My printer will not recognize it.&amp;nbsp; The support error code is 1688.&amp;nbsp; It says the ink has run out and replace the ink cartridge.&amp;nbsp; I just did that.&amp;nbsp; How do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check that there is nothing blocking the contacts on the cartridge.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes the new cartridge is defective, especially if it is a non-Canon cartridge.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;No one said "&lt;SPAN&gt;Staples sells Canon cartridges that are not Canon products". Some folks purchase non_OEM cartridges to save&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;money.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you take it back to Staples and ask for a replacement? If so and you still have the problem contact Canon support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was the only one in the store yesterday.&amp;nbsp; Staples stock for my particular printer was very low.&amp;nbsp; They did not even carry a combo pack.&amp;nbsp; I needed to print yesterday and did not have time to wait to order directly from Canon.&amp;nbsp; I will call Canon on Monday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
