&lt;P&gt;Canon support is open Monday through Friday.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You do not typically need to log in to the Canon print app, but I found my Canon ID account buried (accessible) when I click on Menu then account management in the Canon print app.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's possible you have to be logged in to use the cloud link service.&amp;nbsp; Try deleting the cookies in your mobile browser.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Start by closing the app. Not minimizing but actually closing swipe up.&amp;nbsp; Then open one browser instance and delete your cookies.&amp;nbsp; Now restart your device and Open a browser window and attempt to log in to Canon ID again.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I just got the TS4320 and it is a nightmare to set up. It took forever to get the app to work and it keeps saying my printer is offline when it is on. I keep trying to link my account/log in and it just keeps giving me errors saying to log in from the home screen. I am at my wits end here. I don't know what to do. I tried to register the printer but it said invalid serial number. Is someone able to help me?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Its not clear whether you're having a problem registering your device in the MyCanon portal or in the Canon print app &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since you are having issues, I suggest you contact Canon support.&amp;nbsp; 1-800-652-2666&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here's all the information I found on pixma cloud Link.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I unfortunately work during the weekdays. But I suppose if I took pictures of everything that could work. I have tried fully closing the app but I will try erasing the cookies.
