    <description>&lt;P&gt;TR8620a, I am having trouble scanning to my computer a Microsoft surface pro on windows 10. When I try to scan to the computer i get a message to set the computer to scan. I have had this combination for over a year and this is the first time I have had this problem. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Further information, I can print from my computer so there is a connection. I am connected using USB also.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
