    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a cannon pixma 4500 and I get the familiar message the the print head is not installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have repedeadly clean the head but this has not fixed the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can be wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the head is useless and I can do nothing to fix it but to replace it &amp;nbsp;is there a way I can verify that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
