    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Quabbin4--,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When ink does not print, we recommend performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer to try and resolve the issue.&amp;nbsp; If the ink still does not print, and the ink tanks have adequate ink, the printer will require servicing.&amp;nbsp; Please &lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt; for servicing options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My canon MG 5220 is only about 2 years old.&amp;nbsp; All of a sudden one day it just stopped printing text. I can't scan anything either. I cleaned the heads and my ink levels are full. Not sure what else to do&lt;/P&gt;</description>
