Canon Pixma MG5220 scanner isn't working

Hi,

My Canon Pixma MG5220 Printer for my mac is printing fine but not scanning. I recently updated the OS to Catalina v.10.15.6 which may be the problem. Support would be much apprectiated.

Hello,

Since you updated, I recommend installing the printer and scanner driver for OS Catalina. Please click the links below to download the files. After they are downloaded, run the installer for each file and then go to printers and scanners and add your printer back to Mac.

Printer driver: mcpd-mac-mg5500-16_40_1_0-ea21_3.dmg

Scanner Driver: misd-mac-ijscanner13f-4_1_3-ea21_3.dmg

IJ Scan Utility 2: misu-mac-2_3_8-ea21_3.dmg
