Pixma mp495 prints old jobs

My Pixma MP495 won't print, respond, or print wirelessly, even when connected. When I press start, it prints an old job.

I have Windows 11.

We need more info before we can help.

What is your printer connected to? Phone? Computer? And most important, what operating system? Windows? (what verson 10,11 etc?) or Apple OS? and what verson?

I apologize for not responding sooner. I think your Windows print spool/cue is full which could explain why your printer is printing old jobs, assuming when you hit start it is from a Windows App. Here are the directions to clear the spooler, the last step is a restart of your computer so make sure all any apps are closed before you you do the restart.
