    <description>&lt;P&gt;i am replacing my TR4720 with new one. went through the setup process and am able to scan but not print. does not make sense. when i print a window appears and notes 'off line'. how can that be if i can scan?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Because this is a replacement printer, you'll need to set it up like it's brand new, including the software. From the computer you want to use with the printer, go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://ij.start.canon/tr4720" target="_blank"&gt;http://ij.start.canon/tr4720&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and follow the instructions in part B. It will uninstall any existing software and drivers and re-pair the printer for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do this and it still gives you problems, get in touch with support during their normal business hours of 9am to 6pm (ET), weekdays at 1-800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
