Canon G3270 Cannot Print 2.5*3.5

I recently purchased this printer after researching it can indeed print on 3.5*2.5 cardstock individual blank cards.

The issue is there is no option to do so, neither on the printer or windows is there a paper size of 3.5 * 2.5. I've tried adding custom sizes which is not possible. I even tried using the Printer Management Form in windows with no success. I have latest drivers.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Make sure you do not have borderless checked then set the custom size to what size you want. Borderless printing enabled removes paper custom size in printer settings.

Set Page Size:
- Access the printer settings on your computer.
- Set the page size to 2.5x3.5 inches.

Loading Cardstock

Paper Tray:
