      <title>Charged $700 by Candler Support for help with PIXMA TR4725</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently my scanner stopped working so I called Canon for support and they referred me to a company called Cantler Support who eventual got my scanner working but charged me over $700 for doing so.&amp;nbsp; I have checked them out via Google and they are reported having a shady reputation over charging being one of them.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know anything more about this matter?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think you are right John.&amp;nbsp; They told me the scanner was unserviceable due to viruses.&amp;nbsp; However it was operational when they had finished.&amp;nbsp; However the charged amount was ridicules high and included a three year firewall protection program which on my computer under the firewall listing is nonexistent only Norton etc.&amp;nbsp; If I had known upfront the cost I could have bought a new laptop.&amp;nbsp; Oh well my bad!&amp;nbsp; The website was under Canon on Goggle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
