As near as I can tell, all contacts are mating with the new cartridge, but the light doesn't come one and the printer reports the cartridge is unrecognizable.&amp;nbsp; The print then is unable to do anything.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What can I do to fix this?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When you insert the ink tank and close the cover, does a Support Code appear on the display of your PIXMA MX922?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please take a photo of the ink tanks installed in your printer and then please reply to this post with that image.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
